About Me
my name is Islam Wahdan i’m an embedded software engineer living in the Netherlands, with over 12 years of experience developing software for embedded systems. My background in Mechatronics 🤖 Engineering laid the foundation for a career that bridges electronics, mechanics, and software. I started my journey in the automotive industry 🚘, where I worked on safety-critical and real-time systems, and later expanded into the IoT and light electric vehicle domains. This path has given me a deep understanding of both hardware-level programming and high-level system design. I’m passionate about developing efficient, reliable embedded software and continuously improving system architecture, scalability, and performance. As a certified software architect, I bring structured thinking, problem-solving expertise, and hands-on experience to every project I take on.
